Scales  

- C major - play at 60, remember Do is played with your third finger. Play the chord at the end as well. 

- G Major - start working on the G Major scale as well

 

A Simple Dialogue   

- much better job with tempo and rhythm. Learn the last line. Next week's goal is to play the piece from beginning to end without stopping.  

 

Sicilenne  

- continue to work on the dotted eighth note rhythm in the beginning. First march to the rhythm, then try playing and counting out loud. Once you feel comfortable with the rhythm, move on to the rest of the piece 

 

Buffalo Gals

- read the second line. Remember to use i and m fingers to play notes.  

 

Flash cards

- today’s record was 33 seconds. Do two rounds when you practice: one with looking at your fingers, one with only looking at your fingers no more than twice.
