        1. Be able to play the notes correctly.

        1. Play each note with the correct finger.

        1. Be able to play your piece with a steady beat and the correct rhythm. START SLOWLY

      4. Position

        1. Relaxing the fingers close to the keys. If they go up, stop the music and give it love.

      5. Expression

    2. (NEW) Popcorn Wrists

      1. Play the 2 and 3 sets of black keys by striking the key and immediately popping your wrist up to come off the key. Keep your fingers tips close to the keys even though you come off the keyboard.

    3. Bunny Hops

      1. On a set of two black keys, make a hook with RH finger number 2 and drop into the key, the natural weight of your arm. Keep your finger rounders and your wrist low.

      2. Now play the adjacent black key with your 3rd finger and pop your wrist up, keeping your finger tips close to the keys.

    4. Rolling Wrists

      1. Practice your same composition with rolling wrists and cat claws

  3. Theory:

    1. Create your own composition using steps and skips!
