1. See your video inside the PDF in Newzik

2. Do the yellow highlighted items.

3. Remember to drop your wrists into the keys when you start.

4. Keep each finger curved.

5. Raise your wrists as you get to the top (not too high!)

6. When you get back to the starting point, make a forward-motion wrist and come off the keyboard gently.
