  2. Keep bubble as best as you can. Continue to keep eyes on music and always looking forward.

  3. Try to connect the dots between assignments (solfege bass clef!)

  1. ๐ŸŽฅFollow the new practice video with four steps (5 times per week).

3๐Ÿ’šReading Exercises for Solfege:

  1. Aria passed No 2 on the 3rd try (three chances to pass correctly at the lesson).

  2. No. 3 on page 10

    1. Turn on metronome to 53.

    2. Remember that the landmark in the bass clef is line four which is F below middle C.

    3. Play and say the notes with the metronome at least three times each day.

    4. If make a mistake, let it go and keep going so you can stay with the beat.

  1. Unit 5: Prepare pages 38 to 44 (๐ŸŽฅsee video)

  2. We will go back and finish the other units soon.

5๐Ÿ’›Basic Rhythmic Training

  1. No. 4 on page 8 (๐ŸŽฅsee video)

    1. Turn on the metronome to 72.

    2. Count four beats before you begin .

    3. Clap the beat (with the metronome), and โ€œta'โ€œ the rhythm.

    4. If you make a mistake, keep going in order to stick with the metronome.

    5. Notice where the mistake was and fix it in your mind first, before you try again,

    6. Three chances to pass off at the lesson with a steady beat.
