💛MUSICIANSHIP: Musical Alphabet

  1. Practice saying the letters of the musical alphabet, forward and backward, starting from any letter name.

  2. Practice playing AND saying the letter names of the musical alphabet, forwrad and backward, starting from any letter name (note).

  3. Practice writing the notes of the musical alphabet, forward and backward, starting from:

    1. E in the treble clef

    2. G in the bass clef

💛THEORY: Unit 1: Steps & Skips: 12-13

  1. Please read and review the information about steps, skips and repeats on pages 12 and 13

💛THEORY: Unit 2: Treble Staff: 18-21

  1. Please complete pages 18-21 to help us remember notes on the treble staff

    1. Clap four beats before you begin

    2. Continue clapping while you tah the rhythm of the notes.

  1. Page 1: Deep Blue Sea

    1. Pressing the media button, select “Deep Blue Sea Your Part.” Practice with this until you can play with it exactly as it sounds.

      1. It might not be correct after three tries so just do three in one day and be ok with that - try again the next day.

      2. Remember to keep going if you make a mistake.

    2. Once the above is correct, select the “Deep Blue Sea Accompaniment.”

      1. Do the same as above.
