1. Sleigh Bells and Curious Cat are priority this week for Performance Class on February 11th.

1. Sneaky Sam (prep. B)
   1. FOLLOW YOUR PRACTICE CHART TO LEARN THE FIRST PAGE HANDS ALONE!
   2. Fermata = hold the tones for as long as you desire!
   3. Crescendo = gradually get louder
   4. Tie = don't restrike the note.
   5. Flat = lowers the note by a half step
   6. Natural = cancels out a sharp or a flat
   7. Sharp = rai 
2. Curious Cat (prep A)
   1. Choose 5 places to start randomly and play for four measures correctly. 
   2. Then play through entire piece. 
3. Four Star: Sight Reading and Ear Tests: (no assignment)
   1. PREPARE: All of Introductory Set 1. Do one "set" per practice session.
   2. Read the instructions 
4. **Piano Adventures: Sight Reading Book Level 1
   1. *PLEASE STUDY: pages 4 and 5 and tell me all about them!
   2. SIGHT-READ PREPARE: pages 13 and on - at least one each practice session.
5. Music Flash Cards
   1. Practice the red rubber band flashcards. Say them out loud and play on the keyboard.
