  2. Careful not twist elbow or wrist. Tuck your fingers under or over and keep good alignment.

  3. Scales are hands together, so practice them hands alone first, then together.

  5. Don’t go faster than m.m. 50 per quarter note. BUT don’t use the metronome until you feel more comfortable with the notes.
