   1. Pass off at m.m. 100 per letter name. Forward and backward.

2. 💚Note Speed Level 1: Seconds and Thirds

   1. Lay two cards face up

   2. Take all the cards in your hand.

   3. Start the timer.

   4. Discard by saying “repeat, up or down a second, up or down a third.”

   5. Try to beat 2 min 30 sec.

3. 💚Black Note Technique

   1. Watch the video above. Learn one section at a time. Repeat what you learn daily and eventually memorize it.

4. 💜Theory

   1. Practice saying and playing the Alphabet Game assignment above but using a CURVED finger 3 in either hand and FORWARD-MOTION WRIST.
