Note Speed with Metronome

  1. We started at m.m. (metronome marking) 80 and identified the names of the notes on the keyboard every two ticks.

  2. Then we increased to 92, 100, 108.

  3. When you make a mistake, let it go and keep going to the next note.

Two Set Black Keys: Right and Left Hand Position / Bubble Rising Wrists

  1. Watch your practice video and do this 5 times each day in each hand.

  2. Make sure, before you pick up the bubble, to have a straight back.

Frog Jumps - Two Black Keys

  1. First step: pick up the bubble

  2. THen “DROP” with a low wrist into one note, and then POP up with a raised wrist.

  3. Finger should be like “an animal with relaxed legs”
