Practice pages 15-19 at metronome 60, 80, and pass off at 100.
Remember not to stop if you make a mistake - pretend it didn’t happen and move on to keep with the metronome / beat.

Conduct the beat (small down-stem notes) and “tah” the rhythm (up-stem notes) to a steady beat.
Remember to hold the sound of your voice for the full duration of the note
