Teach me about the word “attack” in sound.
An attack in sound is the very beginning of the sound. It’s the start of the sound.
Teach me about a “tie”
when a line (slur) connect one note to the very next note on the same line or same space, the second note doesn’t have an attack.
Prepare 11-13
Conduct one measure of silence
Hold the sound of the notes until the next note.
Cut off the sound at the end (the final bar) with a sharp movement up by your head.
