    1. POSITION: keep rounder fingers (especially fingers 2)

    1. SCALES: gradually increase your speed to m.m. 80, two notes per tic. Don’t worry if you can’t quite make it to 80 next week.

      1. Choose a random measure of the piece and practice starting from there by reading the music carefully and then being able to play from that measure in-tempo with no issues.

      2. Do at least 7 measures per practice session.

      3. Be able to play for at least three measures.
