Record yourself playing through and identify any pauses or problem areas. Spot each of them.
The goal is to eliminate every pause in the piece and clean up any mistakes.

SLOW PRACTICE:
RH, LH, HT - close loud for all 8th notes. no faster than m.m. 80 per 8th note.
If you make a mistake, go back and fix you’re mistakes.
MEDIUM PRACTICE: expression and memorization are the focus.

If you make mistakes, stop, spot the section, then start again.
FINAL TEMPO PRACTICE:
Entire piece: don’t stop no matter what, and practice improvising and working through any problem areas.
