  2. PREPARE: Page 7, G Major

    1. “Stop / Prepare” practice in each hand, ascending and descending. Remember not to dip your wrists. Keep your wrist at one height. Not too high and not too low.

    2. Then, practice SLOWLY in each hand with FORM as your focus.

  1. “SPOTTING” or a “SPOT” is a small section of your music that need to be cleaned up! To “spot” a section, do the following:

    1. Create the spot by starting at least one measure before the mistake and finishing one measure after the mistake

    2. Be able to play it 3 times in-a-row correctly.
