Then alternate the following techniques throughout the week:
Staccato
Accent Practice (every other note, then alternate)
Rhythm Practice (long, long, short, short, then alternate)
Articulation Practice (staccato, staccato, legato, legato, then alternate)
Sprint Practice (Long and several shorts)
Then legato and speed-build. Start at m.m. 80 per quarter note and work up to mm. 104 per quarter note (goal is 116)

Left hand first, blocking measures 4 at a time, then did separately as well as with wrist
Next right hand, down up down up, pop wrist also 4 at a time
Both 3 repeitions of each section and then covered music to make sure it was learned
Both hands very slowly with technique 4 measures
Both hands blocked in left hand
Again, covered music
Both hands slightly faster
Right hand alone faster without music then with
Left hand same as above
Coming off the second note
Sped up almost to full tempo
Finally go to another section to practice that, or other work (come back to it after)

Listen to pedaling so you don’t have any bleeding tones.
