Remember fingers should be close to the keys.
HIGH LOUD: 1 minute hands together, every day.
Remember to always lift fingers for every key.
❤️LEGATO: 3-5 minutes, hands together, every day.

❤️REMEMBER: fingers never leave the keys. Wrists follow the contour of the notes (wrist goes up if the notes go up, etc.). Fingers round and curved.

On a staff paper, draw the following:
F Major Scale in the treble clef, ascending and descending, three times.
F Major Scale in the bass clef, ascending and descending, three times.
G Major Scale in the treble clef, ascending and descending, three times.
G Major Scale in the bass clef, ascending and descending, three times.
Write T for tonic and D for dominant under each appropriate note.

Measures 9-10: Fix the rhythm by counting in your head as you play it. Then play measures 13 and 14 directly after with the correct rhythm too.
Measures 11-12: Fix RH and LH fingering: Go very slowly, three times in-a-row correctly every day. Do hands apart first then together and take it apart again as needed.

PRACTICE WITH THE METRONOME AT THE FOLLOWING TEMPI (Mom’s help would be good here).
Think about the “downbeat” (the first beat in every measure), trying to line it up with the strong beat of the metronome (this is if you set the “beat” to 4 in Newzik.
